Frequently asked
Where is my data stored?
Your period records, symptoms and notes are stored only on your phone, encrypted. The server holds only your account, username and forum posts. See the privacy policy.
I changed phones — is my data gone?
Health data lives on the device, so it does not transfer automatically. From your old phone use Settings → Privacy & Security → Export my data to take a backup. If iCloud Backup is on, app data may transfer with the backup.
Can I change my username?
No. It is your forum identity, so it is chosen once and is permanent. If you need a different one you would have to delete the account and create a new one.
Can I stay anonymous in the forum?
Yes. Every post and every answer has an “Anonymous” switch. When it is on, your username is not visible to anyone. You can make it the default under Settings → Forum.
The predictions are off
Accuracy improves with data — it becomes noticeably better after three logged cycles. Correcting past dates via Edit period in the calendar also helps. If your cycle is irregular, the regularity score under Insights tells you how much variation to expect.
Notifications are not arriving
- Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Gepu.
- Check Settings → Notifications inside the app.
- Make sure Focus / Do Not Disturb is off.
- Settings → Notifications → “Scheduled notifications” lists what is queued.
The AI assistant is not responding
The daily limit is 120 messages per account and resets the next day. If you see a connection error, check your internet; if it persists, write to us.
How do I turn on the Face ID lock?
Settings → Privacy & Security → Face ID lock. If your device has no Face ID or passcode set, the app will not lock you out.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 18.0 or later.
I want to delete my account
You can do it in one step inside the app: deletion instructions.
