1. Scope
Gepu is a mobile app for menstrual cycle tracking and wellbeing. By downloading and using it, you accept these terms.
2. Medical disclaimer
Gepu is not a medical device. Predictions, articles, forum posts and AI answers are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or professional advice. Cycle predictions are statistical and must not be used as contraception. Make health decisions with a clinician.
3. Your account
- An account requires signing in with Google or Apple.
- Choosing a username is mandatory. Usernames are unique and cannot be changed later.
- You are responsible for your account's security.
- You may not use the app if you are under 13.
4. Forum rules
You must accept the community rules before entering the forum. In summary:
- Respect comes first; judging, mocking and insults are prohibited.
- No personal information about anyone (name, phone, address, social media, photos).
- No diagnosing, no medication or dosage advice.
- No advertising, product promotion, referral links or chain posts.
- Anonymity is a right; using it to hurt someone results in a permanent ban.
We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend accounts.
5. Content rights
You own the content you post. By posting, you grant us a limited licence to display it to other users inside the app. When you delete your account your posts are deleted; answers you gave to other people's questions are anonymised and left in place so threads remain readable.
The app's articles, imagery, brand and design belong to Gepgo and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Prohibited use
- Reverse engineering the app
- Sending automated requests to our servers
- Attempting to access another person's account
- Using the AI assistant to generate harmful content
- Reselling the service as part of another product
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may pause for maintenance, updates or technical necessity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Because health data is stored on your device, it cannot be recovered if you lose your phone or delete the app — we recommend regular exports.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
