You can delete your account whenever you like, without asking anyone, from inside the app. The steps below take under a minute.
Deleting from the app
- Open Gepu and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap About → About Gepu.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Type SİL in the confirmation box and tap Delete my account.
What gets deleted

This cannot be undone. If you want to keep your data, export it first: Settings → Privacy & Security → Export my data.
If you cannot open the app
If you lost your phone or already deleted the app, we can delete the account for you. Write to destek@gepgo.com from the email address on the account. After verifying your identity we delete it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

Is deleting the app enough?
No. Removing the app deletes the data on your device but not your server account or forum posts. For a complete deletion, delete the account first, then remove the app.
Legal basis
This right is granted by GDPR Art. 17 (“right to erasure”) and Türkiye's KVKK Art. 7 and 11. We respond to requests within 30 days.
