The service
Tuki is an English vocabulary and language learning app. Gengo's replies are produced by AI; they are not read or reviewed by a person and can be wrong or incomplete. No exam score or result is guaranteed. TOEFL is a registered trademark of ETS; IELTS is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP and Cambridge. Tuki is not affiliated with these organisations.
Account
You sign in with your Apple or Google account to keep your progress. You are responsible for the security of your account. Users under 13 should use the app with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Free use and Tuki Gengo AI Pro
Tuki is free to download. Words, sets, exercises, the daily article, the notebook and reminders are free; lessons are free one unit a day. Voice chat with Gengo and "Ask Gengo" can each be tried once for free.
Tuki Gengo AI Pro unlocks every lesson, unlimited talk with Gengo, Ask Gengo on every word and the whole dictionary in your notebook. It is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The current price is shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions; after cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the period.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy; requests must be made to Apple.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to harm others, produce illegal content, tamper with the service or reverse-engineer it. Accounts found misusing the service may be closed.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app; in any case our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time under Profile › Delete my account. This permanently deletes your progress and conversations. If you have a subscription, cancel it separately in the App Store.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction; your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
