Quest Notes
Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Quest Notes app (“the app”) published by Gepgo (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
1. Licence
The app is licensed, not sold, to you under the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to that agreement; if they conflict, the Apple EULA applies.
2. Purchase
Quest Notes is a one-time paid download from the App Store. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase. Payments, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple according to the App Store terms.
3. Your content
Everything you create in the app belongs to you. You are responsible for your content and for keeping backups. We recommend turning on iCloud Drive Backup in Settings or exporting important notes regularly.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything unlawful, and do not try to copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
5. Locked notes and PIN
If you forget your app PIN and cannot use Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode, we cannot recover locked notes for you, because we have no access to your data.
6. Third-party services
iCloud Drive, the App Store, notifications and sharing are provided by Apple and other apps you choose. Their own terms apply.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss of data, profits or other indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when they are published on this page.
