Alpingo Pro is a GPS and navigation app built for hiking, mountaineering, hunting, search and rescue and field work. It keeps working where there's no signal: download your area in advance and the app does the rest on your device.
What you can do
- Offline maps: Terrain, Hybrid 3D, Topographic and Satellite styles; download the visible area; load MBTiles, GeoPackage, GeoTIFF and GeoPDF files.
- 13 coordinate formats: Lat/Lon, DMS, DDM, UTM, MGRS, USNG, QTH, Plus Code, Geohash, British National Grid, Indian Grid (DSM), ED50 and CK-42, plus a converter between them.
- Compass and targets: Degrees or mils; absolute and relative direction to targets; proximity alerts.
- Routes and tracks: Draw and edit routes on the map, import and export GPX/KML, record tracks in the background, elevation profiles, distance and area measurement.
- Augmented reality: See targets and teammates over the camera view and take labelled photos.
- Team Mode: Share positions over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with the same team code, chat, and share targets, routes and areas.
