1. Use
Little Hafiz is free for personal, non-commercial and educational use by families, schools and mosques. The app is distributed through the App Store, and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
2. Content
We carefully prepared the content according to the Quran and the authentic Sunnah. Translations of the Quran are human interpretations of its meaning. For religious rulings, please consult a qualified scholar.
3. Prayer times
Prayer times are calculated astronomically and may differ by a few minutes from your local mosque. When in doubt, follow your local announcements.
4. Third-party content
The Quran text, translations and audio are provided by their respective publishers and remain their property. The stories, illustrations and design in the app belong to Gepgo and may not be copied without permission.
5. Parents
The app is designed to be safe for children; we still recommend that you keep an eye on how your child uses it. Anything that leaves the app asks for a parental check.
6. Liability
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it correct and working, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
7. Changes
If these terms change materially, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
