In short: your child's privacy is very important to us. Little Hafiz is made for children and does not collect, store or share any personal data. There is no registration, no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
1. Data we collect
None. We have no server that receives data from the app, and the app uses no third-party tools for crash reporting or analytics.
2. Data stored on your device

This data never leaves the device. It is deleted when you remove the app or tap Reset all progress in Settings.
3. Location
If you allow it, your approximate location is used only on the device to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction. It is never sent to us or anyone else. Without location access you can pick your city from a list.
4. Notifications
Prayer time and daily learning reminders are local notifications created on the device; no notification server is used. You can turn them off at any time in Settings.
5. Internet connections
To play Quran recitations, the app downloads audio files from public Quran audio servers
(cdn.islamic.network and everyayah.com). Like any website, these servers can see the
device's IP address when a file is requested. No personal information is sent with these requests. Translations
are read aloud with the device's own voices, on the device.
6. Children
The app is made for children under 13 and is designed to follow Apple's Kids Category rules, COPPA and the children's data principles of the GDPR. Links that leave the app (email, sharing) are protected by a parental gate.
7. Your rights
Because we keep no personal data, there are no records to access, correct or delete. You can delete the data on the device at any time by removing the app or resetting progress.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
