What Gepgo is
Gepgo is a software service we provide to healthcare organisations (clinics, medical centres) and similar service businesses. Our clients connect their own WhatsApp Business numbers to Gepgo through Meta's secure Embedded Signup flow. Incoming messages land in the secure inbox inside that client's own account, so their authorised staff can reply quickly and keep appointment requests and patient/customer follow-up organised.
We operate the service only on behalf of our clients and only with the numbers they connect. We do not share data with third parties and never use it for advertising or unsolicited marketing.
